The well-connected property located on Landsberger Allee at the corner of Rhinstraße in the Lichtenberg district is being developed in a joint venture with Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin.

The planning envisions predominantly residential use, complemented by commercial uses, particularly on the ground floors. The project comprises building sections of varying heights, including two high-rise points with 14 and 18 stories, which form part of the height gradation and create an urban design accent. The planning is currently being closely coordinated with the responsible authorities as part of a zoning plan procedure.
