The company is active as a project developer with responsibility for the comprehensive planning, management and successful implementation of the projects.

LIVOS works closely with architects and specialist planners to identify the specific characteristics of the location and determine the best possible utilisation options to keep pace with market trends.

LIVOS Gruppe’s German portfolio comprises properties with a total usable area of around 680,000 sq m. This sustainably and efficiently managed portfolio covers most asset classes.

There is a particular focus on the light industrial/logistics segment which, thanks to consistent revitalisation projects, is characterised by contemporary structures aligned to the market. We intend to acquire more properties in order to increase our holding in this segment.
