A new and attractive residential neighborhood is currently under development in Berlin-Marzahn, offering apartments for young tenants and families. The residential concept is complemented by a daycare center, generous green spaces with playgrounds, and comprehensive parking options. Both underground parking garages and above-ground parking spaces with electric mobility charging infrastructure, as well as bicycle parking facilities, are being created. The project is being realized as a joint venture with Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
The well-known existing building “Haus der Kosmonauten” will be preserved as a commercial location and integrated into the overall concept. In 2024, a distinctive 16-story corner landmark for the new residential quarter as well as a commercial space were completed at the intersection of Allee der Kosmonauten / Marzahner Chaussee.
