Dieser gut angebundene Standort ist ideal für logistische Nutzung. Ursprünglich eröffnet im Jahr 1888 als Fabrik zur Herstellung von Fahrradteilen, kann der Komplex aus verbundenen Produktions- und Lagerhallen auf eine lange Produktionsgeschichte zurückblicken. Die Liegenschaft wurde unter anderem für Werkzeugbau, Scheibenpresse, Produktion sowie als Lackierstraße genutzt.
