LIVOS invests in Warsaw: 63 apartments in one of Europe’s tallest residential towers, Złota 44

Berlin, den 08.02.2022. The German-based LIVOS Gruppe has acquired a portfolio of 63 apartments in one of Europe’s tallest residential buildings, Złota 44, and made a spectacular début in the Polish real estate market. The residential portfolio extends over eight floors and comprises around 7,100 sq m of living space.
The 192 metre-tall Złota 44 building, designed by Daniel Libeskind, has 287 apartments on 52 floors. The tower also hosts an around 1,400 sq m relaxation zone with a club, cinema, spa, sauna and swimming pool. Centrally located in Warsaw opposite the Palace of Culture and Science,
the skyscraper was completed in 2016. Prominent residents in Złota 44 include the international footballer Robert Lewandowski (The Best FIFA Men’s Player – 2020 and 2021), high-profile business leaders and public figures in Poland.
The LIVOS Gruppe acquired the apartments from Catella Residential Investment Management GmbH on 1 January 2023. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Through its acquisition of Złota 44, the LIVOS Gruppe plans to pursue further ventures in the Polish
real estate market.
