Livos-Gruppe Management GmbH is a real estate service provider focusing on the development, control and implementation of construction projects. We also advise property companies and other participating parties working with German and international investors.
We are looking to appoint a full-time Asset Manager for our Berlin office.

Asset Manager

for our Berlin office. You will join our multi-disciplinary team of 50 professionals comprising real estate experts,  architects, economists and lawyers. In addition to intensive qualified training and performance-related remuneration, we offer you the opportunity to work independently on projects throughout Germany. We leverage potential offered by existing properties through our value-enhancing asset management and/or development projects.

Your responsibilities include

  • Asset management of commercial properties
  • Implementation of value-enhancing strategies for existing properties
  • Preparation and control of business plans at asset level
  • Management of the letting of vacant space
  • Preparation and review of commercial leases and lease addenda in collaboration with the property manager and our lawyers
  • Initiation of tenant fit-out and revitalisation projects on behalf of developers
  • Management of project participants
  • Representing the interests of client companies vis-à-vis tenants, external contractors, co-operation partners and authorities
  • Support the purchase and sale of properties
  • Management of existing tenants

Your profile

  • Formal education as a real estate professional or qualification related to property
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience in a similar position
  • High level of motivation, initiative and entrepreneurial working and thinking
  • Interest in a broad spectrum of work and corporate mindset
  • Team player within the project network
