Die Gesamtmietfläche verteilt sich auf Produktions-, Lager-, Büro- und Wohnflächen. Ursprünglich als Fensterbaubetrieb errichtet, wurde die Anlage später um eine PV-Anlage sowie weitere Ausbauten ergänzt und um eine Überdachung erweitert.
Die A13 ist lediglich 500 m entfernt, das Zentrum Berlins ist in ca. 3 Stunden Fahrt erreichbar.
