Das Ensemble umfasst vier Hallen und wird für Lager und Produktion genutzt. Die Mietfläche verteilt sich auf Hallenfläche, Büro- und Sozialräume.
Halle 2 verfügt über eine Lackiererei mit Trockenraum und Bodenwaage.
In Halle 3 befinden sich Kranbahnen und eine Bodenwaage mit einer Länge von 16 m sowie eine Empore mit den Maßen 15 x 5 m.
Halle 4 ist ebenfalls mit einer Kranbahn ausgestattet (bis 10 t).
Am Standort Triefenstein haben sich Bau- und Automobilindustrie etabliert. Die Autobahn A3 ist in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar, ebenso die B8.
