Von den ca. 25.000 m² Gesamtmietfläche entfällt der Großteil auf Logistikfläche, zusätzlich gibt es Büro- und Wohnflächen. Das Logistikzentrallager wurde 1996 erbaut, 2004 erfolgte eine Erweiterung des Kühllagers.
Die Andienung erfolgt über 49 Rampentore. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 7,80 m lichte Höhe. Außerdem befinden sich auf dem Gelände ca. 70 Pkw- und 10 Lkw-Stellplätze.
Könnern liegt in der Metropolregion Mitteldeutschland zwischen Magdeburg, Halle (Saale) und Leipzig und im geografischen Mittelpunkt Europas. Über die 3 Fahrminuten entfernte Autobahn A14 lassen sich die europäischen Nachbarländer erschließen. Auch der Frachtflughafen Leipzig/Halle sowie das Wasserstraßenkreuz Magdeburg sind gut erreichbar.
