Originally designed for a single tenant, the property was developed into a multi-tenant industrial park. It now comprises 7 halls with a total rental area of approximately 64,175 m². The different halls offer a variety of spaces that optimally meet the diverse needs of the tenants. The addition of loading ramps and docks, as well as the comprehensive installation of LED lighting, ensures a modern functional setup.
