Livos-Gruppe welcomes SK Express Germany GmbH as new tenant in logistics center in Greven

Berlin, May 12, 2025 – The Livos-Gruppe, a nationwide holder of light industrial/logistics assets and developer of residential real estate in Berlin, has secured SK Express Germany GmbH as a new tenant for the hall and office space in Greven as of April 1, 2025. With the signing of this lease, the property can continue to be used as a logistics location. The lease was brokered by the Frankfurt-based real estate agency Immolox.

Ample ramps and space
This spacious and proven commercial property is located in the Nien Esch industrial area. It has 67 ramp gates distributed across two separate loading zones to dispatch or receive goods ideal conditions for modern fulfillment and warehouse processes. The total area of the property is approximately 39,300 m², with around 36,950 m² designated for logistics operations.

Alexander Jensen, senior letting manager at Livos-Gruppe, says: “We were aware that Greven is an established and highly flexible logistics location in our portfolio. Nevertheless, achieving this lease in the current market environment is exceptional. Our tenant will primarily handle online retail goods at this site and chose it mainly because of the two available loading zones. Our two sister locations, Könnern and Wittstock, each with up to 70 loading positions, are equally suitable. Here too, we are already in advanced discussions regarding partial and full-space leases.”
