Berlin, February 19, 2024 – The Livos-Gruppe, a holder of light industrial assets and developer of residential real estate in Berlin, has signed several lease agreements for spaces in its nationwide portfolio. In total, three new contracts were signed for approximately 6,200 m² with medium-term durations. Two of the three spaces also include extension options.

The largest space comprises around 3,000 m² in a mixed-use commercial property near the Nossen A4/A14 interchange. Another 1,700 m² of newly leased warehouse space is located in a property in the greater Gera area. The third contract covers a space of approximately 1,500 m², which will be used for intensive care or a nursing facility. This property is located in Zossen in the greater Berlin area.

We are in negotiations with existing tenants and prospective tenants for additional spaces. We expect to announce further leases shortly.”
