Berlin, July 29, 2025 – The Livos-Gruppe, a holder of light industrial assets and developer of residential real estate, has leased 850 m² of retail and storage space at the neighborhood center at Britz-Süd subway station in Berlin to the Eurogida Group. Eurogida is a supermarket chain specializing in Turkish and Middle Eastern groceries. Founded in Berlin in 1999, the company will open its 15th store at the new location in winter 2025.
The Livos-Gruppe’s neighborhood center is located directly at Britz-Süd subway station, surrounded by a broad mix of food retail, goods, services, and urban infrastructure. Current tenants include a pharmacy, a daycare center, a hairdresser, and food service offerings. The building ensemble was constructed in the 1950s and is fully listed as a historic landmark. It provides a total of 2,720 m² of leasable space. The Livos-Gruppe will gradually renovate and upgrade the outdoor areas to further enhance the center’s overall quality of stay.
“With Eurogida, the retail center gains another high-frequency tenant, which will further activate the location and create synergies with the existing tenants,” says Alexander Jensen, senior letting manager at the Livos-Gruppe.
