New Managing Director

Christian Weigel appointed as new Managing Director of the Livos-Gruppe

Berlin, August 20, 2025 – The Livos-Gruppe, a holder of light industrial properties and developer of residential real estate in Berlin, has appointed Christian Weigel (45) as its new Managing Director. Since early August, the graduate in Business Administration (FH) has been responsible for the areas of Investments, International Business, Controlling, and Transaction Management & Finance. He succeeds Gunnar Neumann, who left the company at the end of July.

Weigel joins Johann Kunz, who oversees the areas of Asset Management, Letting Management and Sales, Project Development, Legal, and Privatization at the Livos-Gruppe. Together, Weigel and Kunz will jointly lead the company.

Christian Weigel has 20 years of professional experience. Most recently, he worked as an independent consultant in Private Equity and alternative assets, focusing on interim CFO mandates, performance improvement of companies, investment management, M&A sourcing, and advisory services in both conventional and crisis/special situations. His previous roles include positions at the internationally operating top management consultancy Staufen Group and the auditing firm PwC.
