In the residential segment, we have focused on Berlin to date. Other top tier and possibly second tier cities are also considered. Market volume (at least in the case of apportionments) is over EUR 5 million. However, experience shows that there are always special opportunities in the grey areas around the above criteria, both commercial and residential, and we are more than happy to exploit any potential.
