There is a particular focus on the light industrial/logistics segment which, thanks to consistent revitalisation projects, is characterised by contemporary structures aligned to the market. We intend to acquire more properties in order to increase our holding in this segment.

Our multi-disciplinary team comprises some 55 experienced professionals including commercial project developers, architects and specialist planners, lawyers, finance and project management experts and asset managers.
