Berlin, 24 March 2022. LIVOS Group, as real estate investor, has concluded a new lease with JTJ Sonneborn Industrie GmbH for 10,000 sqm of warehouse space in the Essener Strasse 1, in Hörselberg-Hainich, near Eisenach.
