Livos-Gruppe Management GmbH is a real estate service provider specialising in property companies and participations with German and international investors and asset management. We also manage the development and implementation of construction projects in Berlin and the Berlin region.

We are currently expanding and are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and service-orientated individuals who wish to take on a fresh challenge. For our office in Berlin, we are looking to appoint a full-time:

Assistant Expansion/Financing

You can look forward to multi-faceted, interesting work with good prospects within a fast-growing and dynamic company. You will join our multi-disciplinary team of 50 professionals comprising real estate experts, architects, economists and lawyers. In addition to intensive qualified training and performance-related remuneration, we also offer you the possibility to work independently on projects in Berlin and across Germany.

Your responsibilities include

  • Supporting the departmental heads in their expansion and financing activities
  • Dealing with bank communication including account agreements and disclosure of financial documents
  • Carrying out general tasks (office organisation, digitisation management, etc.)
  • Independent processing of written correspondence with project participants, authorities, technical service providers, interested tenants, etc.
  • Supporting the Expansion Project Manager with general office tasks
  • Deadline monitoring
  • Compilation of regular reports
  • Independent administration and maintenance of operational contracts
  • Data processing and maintenance of databases

Your profile

  • A qualification in banking, real estate or management, or a similar vocational qualification
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience, ideally in banking and/or real estate
  • High level of motivation, initiative and entrepreneurial working and thinking
  • Good German language skills
